These Terms and Conditions govern the use, purchase and licensing of DD Ad Platform and related services provided by Dalmatian Dream.
By purchasing, downloading, installing or using DD Ad Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Software
DD Ad Platform is software designed to provide advertising management functionality for WordPress websites.
The product may be available in free and commercial editions.
Features available to you depend on the edition, version and license associated with your installation.
2. Free Version
The free version of DD Ad Platform may be downloaded and used according to the license distributed with the software.
Functionality available exclusively in DD Ad Platform PRO requires an appropriate commercial license.
3. DD Ad Platform PRO License
A valid PRO license provides access to the PRO functionality associated with the purchased plan.
A license may be limited by the number of websites on which it can be activated.
License credentials may not be publicly distributed, shared, resold or used to circumvent applicable activation limits.
4. License Period
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, a DD Ad Platform PRO license is provided for the period specified with the purchased product.
An active license may provide access to:

Available PRO functionality

Technical support
Terms applicable to a particular purchase are those presented at the time of purchase.
5. License Expiration
When a commercial license expires, access to future PRO updates and other services requiring an active license may end.
Expiration of a license does not transfer ownership of DD Ad Platform or grant permission to circumvent its licensing mechanisms.
6. Software Updates
We may release updates to improve functionality, compatibility, performance or security.
Although we aim to maintain compatibility with supported WordPress and PHP versions, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin, hosting configuration or third-party service.
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups before installing updates.
7. Technical Support
Technical support covers reasonable assistance related to the installation and functionality of DD Ad Platform.
Support does not necessarily include:

General WordPress administration

Server administration

Custom website development
-
Third-party plugin development

Third-party advertising network configuration

Custom integrations
-
Repair of unrelated website problems
Additional development or consulting services may be offered separately.
8. Third-Party Services
DD Ad Platform may be used with advertising networks, analytics platforms and other third-party services.
Those services operate under their own terms, privacy policies and technical requirements.
Dalmatian Dream is not responsible for the availability, behavior, policies or actions of third-party services.
9. Advertising Content
The website owner or publisher is solely responsible for advertisements delivered through their installation of DD Ad Platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that advertising content and campaigns comply with applicable laws, advertising regulations, privacy requirements and third-party platform policies.
10. Data and Backups
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your WordPress website, database and configuration.
Before making significant configuration changes or installing updates, a current backup is strongly recommended.
11. Acceptable Use
You may not use DD Ad Platform to:

Violate applicable laws

Circumvent licensing or activation mechanisms

Distribute unauthorized copies of commercial components

Interfere with or compromise our licensing or update infrastructure

Misrepresent ownership of the software
12. Intellectual Property
Except for components distributed under applicable open-source licenses, trademarks, branding, commercial services and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Dalmatian Dream trademarks or branding to the user.
13. Availability
We work to maintain reliable licensing, update and support services, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Maintenance, infrastructure failures, third-party outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect service availability.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dalmatian Dream shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use DD Ad Platform.
This may include loss of revenue, advertising income, data or business opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
15. Changes to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated when necessary to reflect changes to DD Ad Platform, our services or applicable legal requirements.
The current version will be published on this page together with its revision date.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia and applicable European Union law.
Mandatory consumer protection rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
